About the fibre
Thanks to its lightness and ease of use, raffia is ideal for natural cladding. Fibre strips are extracted from the palm leaf, then used for making mats, horticultural ties, hats and decorative objects. Fibre extraction helps to maintain and regenerate palm forests.

RAPHIA FRANGE
CMO partners with designers seeking rare materials. While each project is unique and highly personal, they all celebrate nature. We’d like to share some of these creations with you…
RAFFIA 3 WALLCOVERING
Raffia has not yet exhausted its potential atmospheres. Closer than ever to fine skills and craftsmanship, it penetrates here the composition of real handcrafted paintings. In these creations, ingenuity is everywhere guiding the craftsman’s hand to create striking designs and volumes: rosettes distributed in zigzags, superimposed Polynesian-inspired fringes and a totem motif.
